Mr Litten will be writing a weekly newsletter, with the aim to share with you all that is good about our school and its children.

Dear Parents, Carers and Children,
At New Road, we believe every child deserves opportunities that spark curiosity and build character so that every child learns to be ambitious and achieve their potential. The festive weeks leading up to Christmas has been a shining example of that vision in action.
Birds of Prey Inspire Year 3 and 4 Pupils
This week, our Year 3 and 4 pupils were treated to an unforgettable experience as magnificent birds of prey visited New Road. From the graceful barn owl to the powerful hawk, the children were captivated by these incredible creatures and their unique adaptations.
Pupils learned first-hand how these birds hunt, survive, and play a vital role in the food chain, bringing classroom learning vividly to life.
Thank you to our parents for their generosity, which made this enriching experience possible.

Thank You, FONRS!
A huge thank you to the Friends of New Road School for treating our pupils to a fantastic performance of Rapunzel! The pantomime was full of laughter, music, and magical moments that our children — and staff — absolutely loved.
Experiences like this bring joy and excitement to our school community, and we are so grateful for the time, effort, and generosity that made it possible
A list of future term dates is below. Thank you for supporting our school we are proud of your children and all they achieve.
