Mr Litten will be writing a weekly newsletter, with the aim to share with you all that is good about our school and its children.
Dear Parents, Carers and Children,
This week we focus on the Reel Education and Safety Zone Projects - just two of the amazing opportunities for children at our school. An amazing team of staff do so much for our children!
Summer Term Trips
We love this picture of some of our wonderful Year 2 children at Woburn Abbey Safari Park. They had a wonderful day.
Year 1 and Reception visited Church Farm, I hear the tractor ride and the play park was a huge hit. Our little ones in Nursery visited Johnson’s Farm to see the crocodiles and the many other animals that live there.
Years 4, 5 and 6 visited Cadbury World, tasting chocolate is always the best bit! To top it off, Year 3 are visiting The National Space Centre in Leicester this week.
Thank you for supporting these trips, it is a lovely day out for the children, the opportunity to learn something new and to have fun with their friends. It really is appreciated. Thank you!
Cricket Success
We entered two cricket teams into a local cricket tournament, and we are very proud of both team’s performance.
One of which came second in their group, narrowly missing out on winning by two runs. A great morning of cricket for all to enjoy.
Congratulations to AJS on winning this year’s tournament, some amazing cricket was played.
The summer term dates and a list of future dates are below. Thank you for supporting our school we are proud of your children and all they achieve.
Kindest Regards,
Mr Rob Litten
