Permanent, full time from September 2025
Full Time Equivalent Pay £27,711 to £30,060 (pay award pending).
Pro-rata, 37 hours term time only £23,235 to £25,204

Essentials skills and qualification include:
- Nursery management experience
- A strong record of on-going training and/or professional qualifications
- Able to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare, whilst providing support and leadership to the staff team
- Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years Education
- A strong understanding of Development Matters
- Being willing to go above and beyond for families
Responsibilities Include:
- Day to day management of the Nursery
- Building strong and positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality within the nursery
- Complete CPD to continuously up-skill and provide the best practice in your setting, & cascade this learning to your team
- Actively promote your setting to new and potential families
- Make sure the setting’s policies and procedures are always adhered to
- Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop and flourish
- Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure all individual needs are met and all children are able to reach their full potential
