Mr Litten will be writing a weekly newsletter, with the aim to share with you all that is good about our school and its children.
Dear Parents, Carers and Pupils,
A flurry of snow, frosty mornings and children singing Christmas Carols at school - it is beginning to feel like Christmas!
Twenty is Plenty
A big thank you to Rachel Mason, Chief Operating Officer of Aspire Learning Trust, who had the tricky job of choosing a winner from the school’s road safety competition.
The winning designs will be made into safety posters and attached to the railings outside the school
Well done to everyone who entered. Especially the winners!!!!
Christmas Tree Joy
Year 3 visited a Christmas tree farm and learned about running a small business from the owners.
They also had the opportunity to choose a Christmas tree for the school and to get ‘hands on’
Christmas Unwrapped
A huge thank you to Whittlesey Baptist Church for their Christmas Unwrapped workshop! Our Year 2 children loved it.
It was fun to for the children to dress-up, learn more about the Christmas story and its meaning.
The team who delivers ‘Christmas Unwrapped’ are so enthusiastic and good at what they do. The children were very polite and gave a warm welcome to our visitors.
The term dates and a list of future dates are below. Thank you for reading our newsletter we are proud of our school, its staff, and its amazing children.
Kindest Regards,
Mr Rob Litten
Headteacher
